However, they do a lot of back and forth and switching up terms in the middle of closing a deal. Thank God for my previous experience of being a car salesman that I know all the BS they pull to "vulnerable" buyers. It is a good thing I was not in "need" of a vehicle and just WANTED a secondary vehicle for work. I was told they "Couldn't do this but can do that" three different times I was there! A bank does not change their mind that many times while closing a deal, it is the finance department of the car lot/dealership. Again, the salesman was 5 star all the way, but financial management was not nor the way they conduct business. They should be careful of who they feel is desperate for a vehicle, because that person just might have enough cash in hand to buy it outright in full. So, you lost a sale based on an assumption and greed. True, someone else may come along and fall for their crap and buy the vehicle. However, I won't be that fool.

Had been looking at a vehicle and communicating for several days to make a deal on a vehicle I had been looking to purchase, once we had come to mutual terms, I arrange to go look at the vehicle and sign papers and was very disappointed upon arrival. The pictures that was posted and the actual appearance of the vehicle was greatly disappointing, there was holes drilled into the interior panels and 1000+ small scratches and paint chips in the passenger side of the vehicle (none of this was disclosed in the pictures or during the conversation that was had prior to arriving to make final transaction) very much a waste of time and wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone!

Don’t come here. Save yourself the stress. Just completely overpriced for a car that’s already so many problems and no warranty because of course it’s a used car bought “as is” and it’s been maybe only 7-8 months since getting their car.

The wife and I went in Saturday and looked at a 2016 Toyota sienna. We really loved the van but we couldn't get the numbers to line up. Monday morning comes and the salesman calls me with another offer, we accept the offer. Told them to get the deal going and the wife and I will be up later today to settle up. About an hour later my salesman calls me and says that there is suddenly a person from out of state that wants to come and buy the car and that our deal is no longer good. I told them I wasn't born yesterday. I will be taking my cash elsewhere.... That being said, the salesman Gus seemed honest and we liked him, but thats it!

Great people and very fair with pricing and trying to meet with your wants. Very helpful and understanding with my unfortunate situation just days after purchasing, despite no extended warranty purchased either. Definitely recommend and big thanks to managers Brian and Keith.

I do not reccomend this place. I was lied to mislead at every turn. Wouldn't give me an out the door price. Changed Bank financing 3 times and lied about the warranty made me go back to the dealership and sign more paperwork. According to Brad the interest rate was less. Came with a 3 year warranty. None of this was true. Interest rate went higher. No warranty and the out the door price was a lot higher. Worst car experience ever.

I do not recommend to purchase vehicle here they are bad business and does not care about their customers only your money. They give false information on the vehicles they sale, I was sold a vehicle that was claim to throughly been inspected only to have to shops to discover an oil leak. When reaching out you can’t get no response only how I was able to gain attention was my review but never still help resolve the issues. I say once again do not be a subject of being ripped off I’m trying to save others as if I was done wrong. This company needs to be shut down for the way they value customers. Customers are not a factor in their eyes until they trying to get your money. The worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life.

I just purchased a BMW X3 from here was sold a lemon no repairs or service was done on the vehicle when I took to get a full diagnosis on the car it was a lot issues with the vehicle that I have to repair in order to enjoy my car it was rigged up to make a sale . I advised do not purchase here look elsewhere they just want your money. I gave a good review at first but now o take back after my diagnosis I tried to reach out to the company to see if they can at least assist with some repairs no luck hearing from them. It’s said how companies take people hard earn money as a joke to gain . I’m a highly pissed buyer. I will not recommend AT ALL.
